Spanprism: Trace Explorer

Spanprism is an on-device OpenTelemetry trace explorer for developers and SREs who cannot or do not want to send diagnostic traces to a hosted backend. Turn local OTLP trace JSON evidence into a prioritized, editable review with explicit assumptions, ownership, and exportable decisions.
