Brilliant concept, but misses the mark for dual-SIM phones
The app itself works wonderfully for managing voicemails visually. However, it desperately needs the ability to handle more than one voicemail box. Many of us use a single phone for multiple numbers nowadays (e.g., business and personal lines). Having to jump through hoops or choose just one number to track defeats the purpose of an all-in-one voicemail manager. Please add multi-line support!

Update not working correctly with iOS 18.0.1 ?
I have just updated to Spark voice mail App 4.0.17 and iOS 18.0.1 and Spark Voice mail not working correctly. 50% of the time voice messages do not arrive to the App. But I get a message saying I have a new voice message in notifications. Is this a problem with Spark voice message App not being compatible with iOS 18.0.1 ?? No one seems to know.

I was surprised at the number of negative reviews as I’ve had this app on my iPhone XR since the beginning and it works fine. Transcribes messages and notifications come through immediately after a phone call.
App is OK but support is terrible
The app is OK. But I have contacted Spark a number of times due to an visibility issue on the app. You get to talk to AI. And AI is dumb. The few humans I dealt with were equally useless. No understanding and did not bother to go back to our email trail. Steer away from Spark and their app of you require human intervention on occasion.

App does not work
Since getting new phone(iPhone 15 pro max) app has not worked at all.voice mails in there ,but do not appear in app, have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. If you have a modern phone don’t bother with this app.

Always have to re install as after a few weeks of use it stops receiving voicemails in the app.

Does not work
Come on guys - you need to add visual voicemail to be integrated into the iPhone’s “voicemail” section in phone like One NZ has. This app is unusable - literally, I can not sign into it on any device (even a 15 Pro Max) without an error popping up. Notifications are delayed at best. Introduce visual voicemail to work natively with iOS and there won’t be issues.

Review of spark voicemail
If this was a horse, it would have been glue long ago. App dosn’t update, constant glitches. Having to delete and re download weekly, just to get it to almost function.

Downloaded this app, tried to put my number in to set up and it said “activation failed”. Lol don’t waste your time.

I used to love this app because I could read the voicemail if I wasn’t able to get on a phone call asap.
However, they must have done an update a few months ago because I’ve been locked out ever since and can’t access my voicemail acc anymore.

Upgraded my iphone and now the app doesn't work
This was the perfect app on my xs max iphone. I've since upgraded my iphone and the app doesn't work. Cant log in and I keep having issues. Have deleted and re-download the app so many times and still nothing!! So annoying...

I want to use it. If it worked it would be good. It fails to do what it is meant to do. IOS16.
Not working
Down loaded the app. And worked great for 3 weeks then all of a sudden it’s asking me to put my number in to activate my account ! And then all it says is it can’t activate my account with a error code 500 . So deleted the app . Reinstalled and still the same error message .. pita when customers are trying to leave me messages !

Sometimes I need to restart my phone for this to work. And I have now deleted the App as it would not accept my mobile number thst I use

I was told putting my internet and home phone with spark mobile would be easy. It’s not.
It’s taken half the night and early morning calls to the Philippines to find no service except text mobile phone and email.
I now have no internet No data no home phone !!!
Im told I have may have to wait another 24 hours.’!!!
I’m 76 and not a contortionist nor a technition and Ive had to get down on the floor to check cables and connections. I wish I’d left things as they were with Vodafone
