No Accessibility

I’m a blind lawyer. Was very interested in this service when I heard about it. But the app is completely inaccessible to the iOS built-in screen reader named voiceover. It doesn’t recognize any controls: nothing

Call quality variable and lots of drop outs

I use the app for work and recently I’ve been disappointed to notice the call quality varies greatly depending on the network and for reasons I cannot yet understand, I’ve had numerous calls drop out over the last few days even with stable WiFi connection and it is embarrassing for me professionally and no doubt infuriating for my clients

Garbage

This is a top 3 worst products I have used ever in my entire life.

Good app

Edit: they did improve the app a lot.

It’s disappointing that you can’t text within the app. You can read but can’t send. Also seems to cut out on certain networks. Good apart from that.

Needed this for 13 years!

I don’t know what the other folks are complaint about but VXT is an excellent business phone service. It integrates with Zapier webhooks, records and transcribed calls, takes not during and after the calls, sends you emails with the voicemails and calls, has texting in the calls and is just awesome! We use the integrations with MyCase and Clio both and they’re great!

I want to give them 5 stars but they need to get MMS and group texting working. Still well worth it!!!
