We love these videos BUT change the parental access on the app please
Please change the parental access in the app to something that kids can’t accidentally unlock (currently it’s just a press & hold) as our son frequently unlocks the store tab without even realising it & subsequently accidentally deletes all of the videos over & over again so we have to redownload them all on a regular basis (which is not fast!). He gets incredibly frustrated at the buffering during streaming & we need these videos as they have been the one thing that has soothed him since he was a baby (he has multiple disabilities). If we could keep all our purchases downloaded permanently I would give it 5 stars!

My son loves this app when it works. Highly glitchy and frustrating when it causes a meltdown.
Frustrating & waste of time and money
The videos are amazing on youtube, but on the app it’s horrible NO SOUND!! So what’s the point. We uninstalled and reinstalled 3x. Useless....So sad because my son loves it.

My child absolutely loves this app but it's now interjected with Gaming ads where people are shooting each other. Not appropriate! Going to have to delete the app unfortunately.

This app uses the latest learning tools. Love that it works with the ability of babies and tots to learn so much more than most people think they can. Thank you for realizing our young children's capabilities!
Sound not working
After a while the sound stopped working. We've tried it on many devices and it doesn't work. We've reported the problem but didn't hear from the company. This is very frustrating because without the sound, the app is useless.
Great app... But
First complaint is the in app ads- zombies on a baby app??? Second complaint is that the app freezes a lot. But my 18 month old LOVES this app.

My son loves this!!
My 14 month has been enjoying this app since he was 9 months old and still gets audibly excited when it comes on. He can spend 20-30 minutes watching the videos over and over. It's the only app he really likes.
My favorite thing about this app is that once a video starts, it doesn't matter how many times your baby touches the screen, it won't shut off. An adult has to press and hold in a specific spot to stop a video. This means my son can hold and touch the iPad while viewing.

Great tool!!
First I bought sparkabilities babies 1 and 2. My child loved them. Then I tried different apps and computer programs but he wasn't interested at all. I bought totbox and he is so happy with it, he smiles and pays lots of attention.
Disappointed by ads
I was very disappointed by the video ads that play in this app, especially since it's designed for children. What 3 year old is going to wait through an ad for gum or batteries? Plus once the ad finished playing the actual video would hang or not load at all.
