Poor customer service
Bought a SIM for the UAE not knowing that the country doesn’t allow foreign SIMs. They gave me one for free when I went through immigration. Tried to cancel and get a refund from Sparks and was told they wouldn’t refund me. Why sell an eSIM for a country that doesn’t allow them???
Will just use Airalo in the future

Excellent support
I received excellent support from the help team as I travelled and had my phone stolen and needed to reactivate the sim. After being stuck with chatbots on various apps to get things rolling, I was extremely grateful to receive prompt replies and efficient support to get back online.

Excellence!
The Sparks Team were ultra-swift in responding to my query, and the issue was resolved in record time. This is my third time using Sparks while travelling, and I can only praise the online support team. Excellent service throughout.
Sparks for Global Travelers
I have been using Sparks for many years now (mostly in Europe and Asia). Super easy to purchase and set up and SO cost effective! Given the US mobile operators lack of reasonable programs for global travelers, this is the perfect solution. If you have issues either the QR code or phone adjustment for their eSIM, check in with their support for quick assistance

Price👍. Coverage👍 Service 💯
I have used Sparks eSIM for travel in EU and Central America over the last two years. Great product! I am not a tech savvy person so was apprehensive about using an ‘eSIM’ which is why I give a 5⭐️. The tech team is fantastic. They are prompt to reply (by email). The first time, they helped me make all the necessary changes to connect on my older iPhone. Prices are fantastic if you consider the Roaming fees of Canadian telecoms. Once connected, service has been reliable even outside major international travel centres. No hesitation to recommend.
