Good idea, bad implementation
I’ve often wanted to take notes attached to my podcasts so I thought this would be a perfect app. Alas, it isn’t. It is extremely slow loading episodes, the player is extremely barebones, and there’s no syncing. Deleted after one try.
Just what I‘ve been looking for
I like listening to podcasts on the go, but at the end of the day before bedtime, when I want to consolidate my understanding, it’s annoying when I can’t find which bit to play back. Sparks allows me to drop a marker for the sentences I find inspiring and go back to the precise content again in the future. Great for auditory learners!

Neat idea. Doesn’t work :(
I love the idea here. And the crisp clear layout and fonts.But I’ve had to upload and re-upload the app a couple of times because it keeps crashing. And it has very limited functionality beyond adding comments. Were it to be bugproof and have things like “play next” list or a favourites list I’d be interested in re-visiting.
