Be careful with this app. I was charged $72 on Jan 31 before I received clear confirmation or knowingly agreed to any actual qualifying settlements. False advertising of the claims you can make to get you to subscribe.
I’ve reached out to request a refund, but the process has been frustrating and unclear. Make sure you fully understand what you’re signing up for before entering any payment information.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Beware!!!
I’ve been a paying Sparrow subscriber for nearly two years and have signed up for multiple settlement claims through the app. Unfortunately, I have never received any settlement payments or financial benefit from any of the claims I enrolled in.
One of the reasons I subscribed was Sparrow’s guarantee that if settlement payments during the first year don’t exceed the cost of the subscription, they will refund the difference. Based on my experience, I’ve received $0 in settlement payouts despite paying subscription fees for a long period of time.
The app is easy to use, but my overall experience has been disappointing because I haven’t seen any results from the claims I joined. I hope the company reviews my account and honors its guarantee policy. I’d also appreciate clearer communication about claim status, eligibility, and how refund requests are evaluated.
I’m sharing this feedback so other potential subscribers can make an informed decision and so Sparrow has an opportunity to improve the customer experience.

App is not opening
I haven’t recieved any money from the things I’ve filed yet. But the main issue is the app is not opening

No customer support. I was charged $84 and won’t show my account and only brings me to a page to pay again.
