I've enjoyed using Kigaru Talks! It's a great app for studying Japanese. The lessons are helpful and the Free Talk is good for general language practice. There are a few minor glitches, which is common for new apps, but the developer is very accepting of feedback and is actively working to fix any issues. I would recommend giving it a try.

Very helpful-private tutor AI

Kigaru talks has been very helpful. I have access to what feels like a private tutor at any point and helps build a learning plan and schedule that works for me. I plan to continue using it for a long time. I love that the AI gives feedback on your pronunciation and learns from how you speak and your interests.
