Not happy
Have tried 5 different times to reach them with a complaint , have not received anything , no Santa on sleigh phone call on Xmas Eve , and recording of the call . Last year was great , this year very disappointed

I paid for the full program @ $12.99 a few years back, now it’s $12.49 per year. This is probably the last year of my kid believing in Santa, now it’s an annual charge!!!! The grinch took over this app.

I tried the lite version originally and my son loved it so much that after two years I switched to the pro to have the addition of Santa photo editing. My children have very unique names and I was able to get them added to Santa’s list this year!

Every thing is amazing!It has games and everything! I think the best thing about it is the fact that you could run test flights.You pull up your pants and try this app now. you’re in for a ride this game has a place where you could see reindeer and what they’re doing you could also see the amount how presents are delivered and as a bonus it says how many days until Christmas and seconds. it also has this place where you could take pictures of yourself and design you as an elf or you can look at the daily news and you can look at jokes that elf’s make. I have to admit it this app makes me smile.

Glitchy but good
The naughty nice manual setting doesn’t work on the scanner and some of the features can be a bit glitchy. It’s a clever app though and my kids love it! Santa can call, video call and text and it’s really handy for reminding them to be good. You can even program in your kid’s name. Very clever!

So I’ve been using this app to FaceTime Santa every day of this month and even when I feel down I still encourage myself to call Santa. I think that this app is great for kids ages 4+. When Christmas time rolls around I just get so excited. I know these past 2 years have been hard but I think we all hope that 2022 brings us more joy and is better.
