Normal copy and paste APIs missing. Photos too small to view. Should click to expand. Click phone no option to send text instead.

Too many glitches
This app has way too many glitches, especially since there are many non-tech savvy users. But even for those of us who are tech savvy, it does many frustrating and annoying things like sending duplicate text messages of every,single, SMS message, while at the same time, sending a triplicate email message that can’t be used to add events to native Apple calendars because of incomplete dates. There are also tons of irrelevant documents through which residents must sift to find relevant documents (like old menus) that are obviously uploaded without an automatic expiration date. Also hate that service requests can’t be updated by the originator, which is often valuable for saving staff and resident time. And then there are the occasional brand new, never before seen error messages… The app could be updated with improved functionality and should be less of an ongoing, constantly evolving battle.

Quirky App
App has many quirks. Selecting “linked” options takes multiple attempts. Calendar isn’t formatted for an iPad so daily detail doesn’t show. Spinning wheels for multiple seconds when calling up the calendar on an iPad. App corrupts often when updated. After futile attempts to reset password simplest thing is to delete the app and reinstall thru the App Store.
