This app simplifies learning Italian and teaches by listening but also the spelling. Worth the money. I have tried many but this one has helped learn more.

This is a really useful little app. Writing and visuals are really clear. The Jewel speed payback is a really useful facility. The categorization of words and phrases helps to locate one’s thinking prior to attempting reading writing speaking Italian. I would certainly recommend it for a beginner such as I.

Can’t trust it
I was hoping this travel phrasebook would be more reliable than an online translator but the first time I used it in Italy, the Italian waiter was confused and I showed him the sentence written in the app— then told me the correct way to say it. So now I don’t feel confident using the app.

Good Resource
This is a great, free language app. It’s divided by topic, which is convenient for those who may want to learn some topics more than others. It’s a good mix of words and phrases, which are clearly articulated in Italian audio.
Just for travelling
There is hardly any essential word necessary for personal conversation. I was expecting the list of, for example, adjectives to describe people or feelings but there is none. I am disappointed.

Incorrect translations and not nearly as good as Google Translator which can also be used offline, but is free. Waste of money.

Amazing App to learn fast!
This app is free but if you really want to lear you should buy the full version include all words you need to know. The $3.99 worth it! Let’s speak other languages ;)
A zero star rating is not low enough
I am in Italy and this app is not able to translate common everyday words. I am using google instead, which always has the answer to any translation for free. I want my $3.99 back!!

Not worth it.
Most words you search for, (even common everyday words like table) are not available. It's quite useless. Would not recommend.
