I am very disappointed with your service. First, you offer discounts, but then you fail to provide proper support. Your team does not even respond on time. It has been one week since I reported my issue through chat, and today I even sent an email and followed every instruction exactly as I was told, but there is still no solution.
Your support is extremely frustrating. There is no response on WhatsApp, and on email you keep repeating the same instructions again and again. I have already done everything that was asked, and even after informing you that it is still not working, your team keeps repeating the same thing instead of providing an actual solution.
