Great for thewild

Love the app .

Great Companion Reference to the Book Version

As a current Operator out in the field, I carry this electronic version as a companion to the hard-copy in my ruck. It allows me to key-search with any term I choose and not just rely on the terms selected for me in the reference section of the book. Can't wait for the next release.

Abandonware

App is okay, but hasn't been modified to work with the retina iPad yet.

Good, but visuals would be better

I love the text of this manual. I'm a practicing paramedic and read this in short sessions at work to hone my skills. However, there are visuals (such as videos) that are referenced in the text that are not available on the app. For instance, a neurological exam video demonstration is referenced in the altered mental status section but the hyperlink takes you to a checklist. This app would be even better if more video or picture visuals were incorporated into the app. I hope the producers improve this in the future.

Greatness

As a doctor working in remote and austere locations this is THE book. Simply the best reference available and the app is very well done. It has great search ability, impressive pics and is easy to read. This is a must have and I will be using it almost everyday as a study guide/reference tool.
