This application hasn’t been updated since about 2020. It crashes frequently and it’s never fixed.

2023- The app still is crashing. Today my cameras will not load on the app.
2020- Love my security cameras. The ability to access them while on the go is awesome. The app has been crashing for months. I contacted the developer to alert them of the crashing issue. They let me know that they were aware of the problem and were coming up with a solution. This week and upgrade was released I downloaded it. I am able to view my cameras longer than before, but The app is still crashing.

Clunky And Buggy
This is the most clunky app I have ever encountered. It is one continual crash after another and very hard to navigate. It is almost impossible to use as designed.
Takes Forever to Load…
I used to love this app but now it takes at least 5 minutes for the video to load on your phone.

App keeps crashing-Was told it is Apple iPhone issue
The security cameras work very well the app keeps on crashing. I was told that it is an Apple-IPhone greed …only iPhone problem as they charge a lot of money for app updates which the Speco company cannot afford?. Don’t know the truth here
Crashes on iPhone
The app is very stable on the iPad & performs very well. However, it wont run on the iPhone for more than a minute without crashing. I’ve tried it on other iPhones in my household & it’s the same problem. A couple years back the same problem occurred on the iPad but you solved it. Please fix this problem for the iPhone too.

Crashes too much, unplug everything that allows the system to work. Still can’t connect with the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app and can’t reconnect with it. It’s useless if it doesn’t work.

The app no longer works on iPad or iPhone since the upgrade, my wife’s phone still on 13 and it still works
Junk product
App crashes all the time. Once settings are loaded you can never change them. You can change them, save your setting, and they instantly revert back to original settings. Programming was wrote, never tested, launched, and never updated. How do I know this? Because it never works. Only makes sense.
Crashes too much
I can’t stay on the app for more than 5 seconds without it crashing. It is completely useless.
Total Trash
I’ve had nothing but issues with this app since I got my security system a year and a half ago. App constantly crashes, DVR playback rarely works, not a clean interface. Reading the reviews everyone mentions the crashing of the app. If the developers cared at all they’d fix it. They haven’t. Stay away from their products.

This app is absolutely junk! Try to view cameras and app force closes every time! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that’s the least I can give.
Crashes constantly!
I have an Iphone X and sometimes I have to launch the app three times just to get it started. Sometimes if I am lucky I can view my cameras for 30 seconds before it crashes. I even tried removing the app and re-adding it. The Speco One for Ipad is not crashing however.

Terrible app
Constantly crashes and replay is awful. Go with Nest or any other company.

Speco needs to issue out an update and fix their bugs. If I pay $ for their products the main thing I need to have is an app that will play my cameras and not crash. Please issue an update soon. This is ridiculous.

App constantly crashes after being open for less than a minute. Then having to reopen app and still crashes after that. Very frustrating.

This app is terrible. Crashes constantly, no updates in over a year. No preset camera views, cludgy to manipulate. Archaic! We are ripping out cameras
