HORRIBLE
App is a mess. It’s like they created it with the first iOS and never updated it. Laggy, glitchy, crashes, drop menus don’t work. You’d think with the outrage drug screen costs they could afford to update their app.
Scam
Horrible app and company. Charges you triple what regular drug screening costs. Takes nearly 2 weeks for results and answers. You request a copy of your results and they don’t send them, you just have to trust what they say, they won’t tell you the specific labcorp it was sent to. Doesn’t call you for anything, simply inputs it into the app that they don’t send you an alert for despite notifications being on. Can’t call and get ahold of anyone, you have to leave a voice message and wait for hours sometimes days to hear a response and it’s always “we have forwarded this to our manager”, still will not hear back for days. You would after spending hundreds of dollars a month they would be prompt and professional, but nope. Just another way for these monitoring programs to state they’re all about recovery but in reality they’re all about the money.

Absolutely terrible
A good half of the times I try to open it, it fails for no reason and I have to restart it. Often, I even have to uninstall the app and download it again. Just this god awful program taking more time and energy from me in life. I’d rate 0 stars if I could

Cannot login
For the last 3 days I have been unable to login through the app. It just keeps looping. There should be way more support than what is available. This should be fixed ASAP.
Worst app ever
This app crashes all the time. Re-start your phone, delete and re-install the app, re-start your phone….while it spins and sputters and then declares that you have made a “fatal error” How is one to be compliant with a non-complaint app?!?!?

Currently crashes every time I open now for 2 days.
This app makes me want to not be sober
Imagine being required to use an app to prove your sobriety (especially in my case where I never had a drug or alcohol issue but for job purposes must be completely sober for a year) and you are already bitter about having to wake up early to check in to see if you will be randomly screened and the app fails. The month the app crashed before I could check in at least 3 times before successfully checking in and for the past two days it’s in a cycle of crashing and you can’t check in at all and have to check in via other methods. This app makes me wanna grab a swig of whisky.

Yesterday I went to test and after was trying to put in my COC code and after I entered it and saved it, the app suddenly closed on me but when I reopened it, it seemed like it saved. But this morning when I went to check in it wanted me to re-enter the COC code from my form.
I’ve also had problems when I try to check in and it closes on me and doesn’t check me in.
Please fix this. My license depends on the dependability of this app.

This company wins the award for “most costly-plus-unhealthy habit in my life.” I am actually paying money for this nonsense.
I no longer blame the impersonal app, but the parasites behind it. They make their living off people who are forced to use their services. Of course they don’t care about the app! Poor accountability leads to poor performance.

Crashes
The app is ok when it works. However it crashes on opening about 50% of the time. Worse than that, it crashes after passcode or face id and asks for passcode or face id again and again in an endless loop. The only fix is to restart the phone. This can be especially annoying if you are in a hurry or if you have already signed into a meeting and are trying to end the meeting and get credit while it starts the loop behavior. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
