Great but buggy
I use this for work and love to text feature however, mobile app is not as great as using the desktop. Often times it takes a while to update across platforms, and transferring calls from the app has never worked for me.
It works good but…
PLEASE LET ME CHANGE MY OWN RINGTONE TO WHATEVER I WANT!!! The options are absolutely OBNOXIOUS.

Phones don’t work app is hard to hear. Been calling tech support for a week.
Three way calling
Not happy at all because it doesn’t work and I cannot conduct my business. As a matter of fact I am losing hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Always trouble calling customers and suppliers in other countries
