No access
Paid for the full annual subscription and have only had access to a few sections. When I have reached out to support, they keep saying I have access and have told me that what is advertised is old and doesn’t exist anymore. I asked where I can find the special events, and again was given sections I don’t have. I told them that, and they told me the sections don’t exist anymore and he was reading off 2025 sections? So I then asked again where I can find them in the current model, and still have not received a response after 2 weeks. I have followed up 4 times since without any response. Very frustrating that they claim I have full access, but only have a few sections, snd none of the sections that are currently being advertised. Customer service is no help.

I wanted to simply test out the app, but when I cancelled the membership because I wasn’t sure if this app was right for my child, and still had time left (7 days) on the free trial, I could not get into the app without signing up/paying. Very predatory.

Me and my kids enjoy this app. We use it daily, we’ve been using it for about 3 months and I’ve seen improvements in my 2 year olds speech & the interest in helping with things and being more involved, with my 2 & 4 year old. I recommend this app to all friends with littles.

Shame on this company. They are creating UNDISCLOSED ADVERTISEMENTS ALL OVER social media DISGUISED as heart-wrenching videos from “moms” (AI/or paid actors) struggling, in order for this shady company to get business from desperate and exhausted parents of children with disabilities. This is morally reprehensible and ads on socials MUST BE DISCLOSED. Shame shame shame on them!!!

PLEASE bring back Child Lock
App was amazing until the latest update. Seems to have lost a lot of features such as features tips and assessments, however the most important feature CHILD LOCK, is gone! As many reviews that have already been written, my child keeps accidentally swiping out of the app making the lesson harder and less enjoyable for her. PLEASE UPDATE AND BRING BACK CHILD LOCK

Disappointed in new subscription model
What was once a great app is no longer a good fit for our family. The love to an à la cart subscription model has made it prohibitively expensive, especially for families that want to access multiple features. Despite paying and unlocking features there is still an ask for additional costs for a limited activity within that one activity. Unfortunately, we will not be renewing our subscription. It’s disappointing to see such a great app become so unaffordable.
