The learning is great but not the app
My kid loves the app and has learned from it but the actual app keeps freezing my devices.

I downloaded to do a trial for my kid last week, and have tried to undo it because I don’t want the ongoing app. The app nor online would let me cancel. Neither does the subscription page on Apple because the app does not appear there. So I have been charge $15 because it won’t let me cancel. I’ve reached out via email, but I doubt I’ll hear something back. Has not help improved my child’s speech. Would not recommend.

App is alright, support is terrible
App is ok, kiddo likes playing the games. Their support is terrible. Received an email offering a lifetime subscription for $40, but the link didn’t work. Reached out to support who didn’t look at the marketing email sent, wouldn’t apply the promotion and kept coming up with various excuses; you can only do this for a new account (subject line was “anniversary”), you can’t do this if you subscribe through the App Store, here’s a $30 monthly subscription… definitely not worth the price.
