Premium Cost -Limited Usage
Despite paying $140 for the year long subscription, I am still limited in using the ai services. It’s incredibly frustrating, and there is no way to re-up. I asked. I feel like I was treated like a kid by the support when I brought it to their attention. Really disappointing customer service.

Dis like I have asked a number times about a discount because I’m going through cancer and disabled. I know what has ever got back to me. That’s disrespectful after 67 years and 3035 years as a volunteer firefighter you can’t get a discount at least half off and you have you have colon cancer and you had a stroke and you spent 37 years as a volunteer firefighter a volunteer and you can’t get a discount totally disrespectful

I should not have to make an account
I hate that the app forced me to sit through its unskippable introduction and then forced me down a pipeline of choices that I do want to be forced to make right away. And I can’t even auto fill or added a suggested password while in the app because it won’t let me open my password manager. I’m not going to make an account if it’s not easy and now I’m not connecting with google or apple accounts because both companies are not responsible with my private information and they already know too much about everyone.
