App Speed and Load
It was so bad with the loading, no notification pop up. Always need to log in to wait for it to LOAD. Sometimes cannot load. Keep in & out of the app many times. Speedhome but the system not speeding up.
Nonsense
After using it a few months, a lot of tenants decided to cancel appointments last minute and the AI is not helpful at all. I submitted request for SPEEDHOME to manage the viewings and collect the keys from me multiple times but no one reached out to collect the keys from me. I don’t see any success using this service. A lot of unreliable tenants.

Better to just follow the old school renting way of 2+1 instead of using this apps
The reason that i use speedhome was because they have insurance coverage, so that u feel at peace. But unfortunately, they the one that decide how much they can cover. My tv broken when i rent my unit, and they said the insurance doesn't cover it. At the end they only cover around rm2000++ which is equivalent to the service that i paid them and also my one month rent. Seems like they will capped the refund according to the price u pay for them. That's why i said better to just get the 2 months deposit from the tenant, the foood old fashion way

The worse customer service
I’m very urgent, I know its my fault cause I was last minute. But when I text and call everyone is busy, no one is there to assist you. Waited for four hours and still no reply. Texted from the apps and the apps ask me to text their number texted their number but no one response. But when it comes to money they will spam you. Call you, text you. But when you need help and urgent they ignore you.

Bad
Rent unit in Main Place for a year, after a year i want to renew the contract and the owner said he increased the rent (by rm400 extra) because he got offered higher rent from agent outside of Speedhome. Reported to Speedhome and nothing has been done. After i move out, I saw the owner post back the same unit in Speedhome with same price (my price). Speedhome doesnt care about the tenant, what is the point paying membership fee? During my tenancy, i requested to change the due date since my new job have a different salary date, nothing been done as well so I have to pay late fees every month. They will just look for you when they want the money, any problem they wont help u. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH SPEEDHOME. Bad owner, bad customer service
