Failed to verify phone number

I couldn’t book an appointment because it keeps failing at the phone number verification process. I’m visiting Singapore, so I use my usa number. I enter my number, click verify, the sooner comes up, then nothing happens….. nothing gets verified, and I’m stuck…..

Great idea but horrible app

It took me 2 hours and 4 phone calls to get out of a loop trying to set up my profile which wouldn’t save. Extremely frustrating while desperately wanting to set up a video consult for my very sick husband.

Took my money but didn’t deliver the service

Signed up for day 4 Covid test for early release. Speedoc appear not to have done the necessary to make it official. Money wasted.

Great service

Trying to get an ART test done during this time of year is difficult with a family. Luckily Speedoc offers a home swab service. Just click and setup the time and a professional nurse shows up and has everything done within 20-30 mins. Paperwork was completed and sent within 2 hours along with helpful whatsapp and phone calls. Would highly recommend. Price is competitive and good service.

Excellent and Professional Service

My family and I have used Speedoc services several times in the past few years including house call doctor/nurse adult and pediatric services and also medication delivery services. Recently I used the medication delivery service and it was impressively delivered within 30 minutes. Thanks to Dr Shravan! Dr Shravan (CEO) and Dr Fahir have been very professional and helpful. Great service

Speedoc was a godsend when I was vomiting in the middle of the night and couldn’t get to a clinic. My husband and I have used it a few more times since and have found it extremely convenient. All the doctors and nurses from Speedoc have been helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to use the app and have recommended it to my friends and family too

Impressed

Doctor came in about 45 mins. The pricing was accurately charged to what was quoted + prescriptions. They were able to take my credit card over the app too. Good service and nice doctor. Would use it again.
