Similar to the original
I understand that there are mixed reviews about this application, I’ve read through a few of them and decided to try it out for myself. I love how the developer stayed true to the look of the original speak and spell, especially with the electronic voice. (Side note it makes me think of E.T.). Some users have reported that it is kind of difficult to understand the electronic voice when it speaks, but I see this as something minor. Honestly since I have tried out the app a few times, I have easily been able to understand what it’s saying. Overall this app is awesome, and a must download. This will definitely re awaken a part of your childhood. Have fun!!

Perfect! Just like in third grade...

A Waste Of Money
The app does not work. The user interface buttons are so tiny. You can’t press them with your fingertips. The font on the Help menu is so small that you need a magnifying glass to read. Really disappointed in this App.
Nostalgia and Good for Spelling
I got the original Speak & Spell from eBay and this is 100% the same!! I would even pay for extra words, can you make that possible?
Great in certain ways but also not too great
So what I mean by my title is that some of the words are intelligble, but you can understand words like Earth, Angel, Word, Touch, etc. But certain words like To, Pull, Tool, can be very intelligible.
Also I see this app as useful for other than the nostgia people wish to have but also for some of the other things at hand.
