I mean.. it’s weird

The voice is SOOO robotic. I personally just can’t. If you get a question correctly it makes a weird animation. And also a weird thing. If you play in an iPad the screen shrinks to iPhone size. It just genuinely annoys me but idk

Is the bee AI generated?

Tbh the bee icon looks like it was AI generated

Only allowed a few practice forces buying

This app is misleading as it forces you to purchase. Don’t waste your time.

Nice but not really free

I like the format but You only get about 3 words a day. Anything over that you have to get a subscription. Hate that.

Ok

It’s a very cheaply made app, and the voice they use is just some robot so they don’t pronounce the words correctly, which makes you mess up on spelling them sometimes.

Yay finally I can practice spelling and have fun!!

This is the worst app I have ever downloaded on my phone or in any device I have ever owned. The voices want me to rip my ears off and seeing that after one mistake or MISCLICK it locks it and asks me for a subscription. What a piece of garbage, lemon lookin bee ahh, spelling bee? Nah spelling fee.

Instructions for this are in Spelling Bee App settings under "Pronouncer" Also, I’m unable to reproduce a lock-out based on mis-click or mistake. Pretty good; only issue is too robotic sometimes

The app itself has a great system! It’s the only actual spelling bee simulator I’ve found that uses the real regulations for spelling bees like repetition of the words, definitions, and sentences. I also like that it offers harder spelling levels! My only problem with the app is the voices, as they seem like they haven’t been sampled enough for recordings in order to generate proper pronunciation; I’m doing the extreme level words and some of them I knew how to spell the first time I heard it, but upon listening to it again, the robotic pronunciation makes certain letters fluctuate with every time it repeats the word. I’ve made many more mistakes due to repeated words than i have spelled them correctly.

I’d recommend either more sampling of audio to generate better pronunciation in the AI voices, or maybe just have it record the actual words on the app’s vocab lists! Other than that, I love the way it’s formatted and the flexibility of difficulties!

Also, that is a great idea having pre-recorded audio for the more difficult words. I will work on that for the next update.
