Canceled, still getting charged
We got this for homeschool practice and it just didn’t work for my autistic son. Not a big deal - it happens and it is hard to find something that works just right for him. So I thought I canceled it. But the charge keeps coming out. I redownloaded the app again and now there’s actually nowhere in the app under settings, account, or edit profile that allows for cancelation? The app said we were still “premium” but when I go in the app it still prompts me to select a payment option to sign up again. No, I don’t think I’ll sign up a second time when you’re still taking money out for the first. Please stop taking my money.

They keep charging even if you cancelled or never subscribed

If i could give no stars i would. There is no way to contact anyone to stop them from charging your account when you no longer want the app. There is no settings options to cancel your profile.

This game took money from me with permission. I don’t understand when I don’t even have it on my phone. I do not recommend.

This app was mistakenly downloaded and I cannot seem to find out how to cancel the subscription. It’s charging $19.99 every month. It’s a scam!
