I tried the free week trial but did not want to keep it. I need to cancel it before getting charged but there is no way to cancel it. The app does not show up under my subscriptions and there is no option within the app itself! Please let me cancel , I don’t want to get charged. Lots of reviews state the same thing

Canceling the trial is HARD
If you wanna cancel the free trial, I know that there’s a lot of issues with this app. Go to your wallet on your iPhone and go to pre-authorized payments and cancel pre-authorization.
Billing
I mistakenly used this App, and I canceled it through Apple in November. These people have been charging me outside of Apple through their internalization company. I contacted Apple, and they said they have no record of such charges. I canceled in November, but I still saw international charges on my bank account in December, January, and February. They are fraudulent. Apple doesn’t understand why this is happening, and I reached out to my bank, which told me the company uses their app to carry out fraudulent activities. I want my refund back.

Impossible to cancel subscription
I got a free trial subscription for my son to try out. It wasn’t user friendly. I tried to cancel it. I can’t figure out how to cancel it. They are charging me $19.99 a month for an app my son can’t use. Very frustrating. It goes through Apple Pay instead of the Apple Store to subscribe and offers no way to cancel. Beware!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

Duplicate charge of annual fees
The app developer charged annual subscription through App Store and then charged again through Apple wallet for duplicate subscriptions for the same year. Please fix the bug

You will never be able to cancel your subscription. It forces the subscription as an in app purchase, so you can’t cancel through Apple. There is no way to manage the subscription in the app. The help center just brings up an email draft. The developer does not respond to emails. You will end up having to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

No Way to Manage Subscription in App
Once you opt into the free trial, there are no settings in the app at all to manage or cancel the subscription. You will be automatically charged when the free trial ends.
No way to cancel or manage trial or subscription.
The app charged me a yearly subscription fee of $69.99 without the ability to manage the subscription anywhere. It doesn’t show up on iPhone settings -> account -> subscriptions and there is no way to manage anything through the app. If this doesn’t get fixed, I will get charged $69.99 for eternity.

Worst experience ever!! No Help Center or Customer Support
I downloaded this app for my 10 yr old to work on their spelling. I opted for the free trial to test out the app. I was prompted to a webpage to sign up for their free trial there instead of the app store. I signed up and agreed to pay $7.49 after my trial ended in 3 days. The difficulty was too hard for my son. I have been trying to cancel the trial before the subscription charge but there is no customer support or help center. I have been trying to get help via email but it’s been days and no response from anyone. I have been charged $7.49 and am still trying to contact someone for assistance. This is the worst experience and I hope you heed my warning and do not purchase the full version!! You will NOT be able to cancel the subscription at all!!!

No settings, no help center
The games themselves seem promising and I’m sure my child would enjoy them, however there are literally no settings, no way to slow things down or reset anything. I also see there is an option to “play with other players” once you reach a certain level and I absolutely don’t want that safety concern. But there’s no settings or help section to see what that is about or how to block it, and I really don’t feel good about that being a “reward” for the game. On top of all that, the cost is ridiculous for what it offers so I think it may be some sort of scam interface.

Nice but could use more function control
Trying this out for my soon to be fourth grader. I like the simple interface but wish it had better functionality controls in the settings which there is really no settings. I would like to be able to lower the volume in certain modes. Would also like the option to manually control it to the next word challenge, or at least control the speed for that versus it switching to the next word on its own so quickly. Because it should let kids see and analyze the correct Word Spelling for a longer period of time when they get a word wrong, versus it switching to the next word so fastly as it does.
