Inaccessible
I totally get the need for and support the use of a COMPREHENSIVE school communication app. As a parent of multiple children, that is a must and I’m glad the school has gone this direction.
HOWEVER, I was (apparently????) randomly logged out of this app 3 months ago and cannot get back in to my children’s “rooms” to get messages from teachers, parents, counselors, etc. I enter my phone number to login, it says it is sending a code to validate, but the code never comes. Same with email. There is NO SUPPORT, zero. Not app/developer level support, not school level support. So I’m just stuck outside with no ability to know what I’m missing, tryout dates, sports practices and season details, homework and classroom struggles, etc. STRANGELY, I still see the primary Spencer County Schools page of General (snow day) type information. It makes no sense and there is no help. I suppose they’ll finish out their entire schooling with no communication from the educators and never being able to participate in extracurricular activities???? I’m a VERY tech savvy individual, for what it’s worth.

The worst app I have ever used. You should let the teachers pick what they use. This never loads. It’s not organized. People don’t get notifications including teachers.
Barley can even see news or homework reminders. Several times my children missed dress up days or assignments because this app failed to show anything

Incredibly difficult to navigate
This is a major down grade from what we already had (remind).
The UI is unintuitive to navigate and it doesn’t fulfill its purpose.
They claim that this will make communication between teachers and students more efficient, however, remind is more effective at this because it allows for direct contact in a way that makes it easy for students to find the information they need. This app fills the inbox with unnecessary information that makes it difficult for students to back track in case they need to fine information they have already received.
Furthermore, it is difficult to navigate, slow to refresh, and unintuitive.
