These people have not responded to support requests in 2 months after a transaction to transfer BCH out went “missing” even though it shows completed in the app. No resolution or eta via chat, email, support desk or Twitter. They don’t answer the phone when called. Don’t use this app unless you want your money stolen.

Beware!!!! NO SUPPORT AT ALL. MISSING MONEY FOR TWO WEEKS!!!
I recently sent some BTC to my spend wallet and after two weeks it still has not shown up. It’s confirmed on the blockchain it was sent to my SPEND wallet and nothing. I have contacted their “help” department numerous times over the past two weeks and have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL! I live chat every single day multiple times a day and all they tell me is “sorry you need to wait” they do not offer any phone support. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CRYPTO!!

I sign up with this app recommended to me by a friend and do all they requested for all the verification process and I got a message it will be reviewed and verify within 3business days but right now it’s over a month and my verification page still keep saying pending. I don’t think it will be verify till eternity thou

Kinda shady
Opened the account with high hopes but never received a debit card to use with my account so that made it basically worthless to me. The app also kept crashing every time I would check on my card status... and then when I tried speaking to support they just referred me to email them to close the account. There are other apps out there that can do what Spend does, but way better.

Almost perfect
I would love to give this app 5 stars because I think that the idea to make a debit card that allows you to spend any of your assets at any store that accepts visa etc without having to convert them to usd is the most brilliant idea out there for crypto currency and apps

I use my Spend card everyday and get 6% back. It’s quite lovely, honestly. Team has some work to do still but, I am glad to be early!
5,000 Bat token transfer never received
Confirmed with Gemini it was sent last week and I still did not receive it in my Spend wallet. No follow up with customer service (Ravi) even after I sent them Tx Hash confirmation. This is not a good sign if you have to wait for your own money/crypto a week or worse never get to at all and do double check I sent Link to my Spend wallet and it never received either

This is a company going places.. The app works well and as time goes by, I’m sure there will be improvements.

A great app that works well (also the card works in America)
The app and company have been very professional and helpful. My card works in America at stores and ATMs.
Spend is fine
Geez have a drink and calm down. Spend is just fine. They are not a scam and yes they have had a few hiccups and tech glitches- but who hasn’t in this brave new frontier? Customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Nobody is perfect, but these guys are providing a great service and will only smooth out the rough edges as time goes by.

At first I had some problems with the app because of the version of my phone but after I reached out to the team, within 3 days there was a new version and the problem was fixed. I am all in on Spend and the great product and service that they bring. My second wish is staking for supported crypto, ha ha :)

Customer service doesn’t answer questions!!!
I sent all the information a month ago to start buying cryptocurrency and nobody answer, after 2 weeks I Decided to write to customer service but was the same and Idid it again last week and was the same thing. What I think is this kind of app or company is not legal.
Super convincing
I never thought a digital wallet or virtual Visa card would actually let me spend my funds. From being able to actually do this from living and going to banks at all times is a deal closer. I downloaded this wallet, made an account, got verified, issued a virtual Visa card and linked to Apple Pay. I deposited my funds into this wallet and wow it was ready to go.

Cannot believe Apple allows this app in the App Store!
⚠️⚠️Caution to anyone trying to use! ⚠️⚠️This company is not even a licensed financial institution in the United States. They stole over $52 from me for their virtual card. Not only that they promised me their virtual card would work with Apple Pay as there is not many other places you can use a virtual card. (Which you have to pay $25 for. 🙄) I added it to Apple Pay but every time I attempted to use it with Apple Pay it would immediately decline and when I called customer service they said, “Oh yeah, our technician said he was having problems with Apple Pay a while ago.” Provided me no solutions and when I asked them for my $25 back that I paid in order to obtain this non working virtual card, they refused. Since I wasn’t able to use the card at all, I then tried to withdraw to my bank account. After waiting for 7 days I contacted customer service again and asked where my transfer was. They then claimed that their banking transactions were “offline” whatever that means and essentially my ACH transfer was never initiated although the funds were out of my Spend account! They are a HUGE scam, and I would stay far away from them.

First of all, if you want a Spend card, its not cheap. In addition to KYC verification, you are forced to purchase their own “Spendcoin” currency and pay an additional membership fee ($25-$50) just to receive the prepaid card in the mail.
This can run a few hundred dollars depending on what card you want.
I was fine with this because I really liked the concept of the app. I wanted higher limits on my card so I requested an upgrade to a virtual card, which cost me about $150. They sent me a physical card instead. Fine. However, the card won’t activate. So no upgrade, no virtual card or physical card and $150 down the drain.
Its been almost 2 weeks and this still hasn’t been resolved. Support has been mostly non responsive.
I tried their live chat. I asked for their support phone number, but l was told there isn’t one.
I was also told that my case will be forwarded on to someone else and I’ll hear back via email in 24-48 hrs.
I contacted support several times now, same generic response from live chat and no one has ever gotten back to me via email or otherwise.
All I want is what I paid for. Otherwise I would like my money refunded. It feels like a scam and I wonder if this is happening to other people as well.

Best crypto wallet app
Best app with awesome perks if you sign up for their card. Offer a decent amount of altcoins. Not sure if their Altcoin setup is similar to abras or not so I dono if it is in direct comparison to bitcoins price and if you actually own the altcoin or not but so far so good it’s been an awesome app. It has crashed randomly on me twice but other than that it’s great!!!
