Worst Experience Ever
After almost two decades of using apps, this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with one. Login doesn’t work at least 70% of the time, constantly having to bother my administrator. Currently advocating to our executives to cut this completely as it’s extremely disenchanting. I can’t imagine how this company tolerates such poor functionality of their product. I would be flat out embarrassed if I were the developers. Poor reflection on Visa. Or maybe they don’t care, wouldn’t know (can’t ever speak with anyone that can help).

Worst app you can download
If I could give it zero stars I would. My boss is breathing down my neck to submit expenses. Receipts will not upload. I’ve reset my phone, closed and restarted the app, tried on WiFi and cell data, so I deleted the app and reinstalled, now I cannot log in because it’s asking for the displayed code in the app on my registered device, how do you make an app this terrible if it’s not on purpose?

Disappointing
The app is barely functional but find it hard to see why it requires an updated password every month - way too much security for an app that only codes expenses. Loading of receipt photos and process is laborious and has too many steps. You'd think visa would have the resources to create a faster and less arduous app to simply code expenses - wasting hours of the workds time.

I have been using Visa Spend Clarity at work for two years now. The app works well, but my biggest frustration is how slow it is! In particular, when I take a picture of a receipt or import a picture from my photos and want to link it to an expense it takes what feels like FOREVER to do the task. Seriously aggravating. Be faster please.

Expense category can’t be added or edited.
When submitting an expense the category can’t be added so the app is useless because if this step is not completed the expense cannot be added
Worst app I’ve ever used
Freezes on ever expense! You have to completely close it and start over after every one. Receipts take too long to upload. Terrible app!!!!!

Loosing patience
We constantly get “something went wrong contact administrator” when trying to log in. Administrator must reset password every few days. This app really is horrible. We have been trying and trying to get it to work for over a year. Try to let users reset their own passwords and they cant. The two factor authentication email is never received. Mess around with reset too much and you are locked out.

Not consistent
This app needs help when catching up on all my coding it fails to link receipts 90% of the time I have to go through the gallery and manually link receipts it takes a lot of time.

I can’t possibly understand how anybody could use this app and say “yep, that’s developed enough for market!”. A run over laptop would be less glitchy. Refuses to link receipts, constantly crashes, logs you out randomly then forgets to offer biometric logins, pre fills descriptions that are both absolutely useless and SLOW to clear/erase. This app sucks on every level. If my employer didn’t force us to use it, you couldn’t pay me to praise this. Even typing this review it’s trying to log me out, I’ve had to hit “continue working” 3 times in 2 minutes. This app is the poster child of ultimate failure.

Clunky and fails to link receipts and save items, then asks you to repeat over and over again.
Receipt uploads make this terrible
It used to be find, but now everytime I try to upload a picture of a receipt it cuts the receipt in half to “help” - won’t take it differently, zoom in, zoom out, it doesn’t matter. It just cuts it off. What used to be a 10 second job becomes 2 minutes…thanks for the “help”
Woeful at best
The worst expenses app I have ever used. I had to get out and restart 5 times to input 12 expenses. Absolutely terrible app. Give me Xero or Expensify everyday of the week before going near this terrible useless app.

Glichy app always times out
This service/App always has problems, uploading receipts & taking too long to load them. App times out even tho I’m working in the app. Photos of receipts show sideways when loaded. Do not recommend.
