Nice when you short on funds
Not updating
My app hasn’t updated since July 3rd so I haven’t been able to access any of my money since the second no one in customer service on the weekends. Anyone else have the same issue

I had never heard of this payroll app until I started my new job. Being in the F& B industry this is extremely useful especially when you have to wait twice a month to get paid. I actually squealed like a schoolgirl during orientation when the instructor was explaining on how this card can give you your hard wages without having to wait for payroll to go through. Sometimes we are only short a few dollars short until next pay day, need to pay a bill ASAP or an emergency, this app can give you that option to manage your finances without worrying about the stress of waiting to receive your direct deposit!

So this is not a good money option always a fee for withdrawal- change your card is also a fee
I called customer service when I received the new card upon not requesting it and they guy was the rudest most disrespectful customer service I have had it a while. He would not tell me his name and he completely made the company look like absolute garbage by not just pushing me through to someone else that was able to help

Easy and Secure Transactions
First debit platform I’ve ever used.
Historically I’ve maintained a pretty traditional approach to manage finances; Cash, check, credit.
Tried Spentra for the ability to direct paycheck funds directly to a card when I want, instead of navigating the path of a traditional bank transaction.
Mobile app interface is simple, clean and easy to engage, even I can do it! The platform offers mapping to locate ATM’s in your area that service free of transaction fees… we like that. Can use on Amazon, etc., like any debit card Carried on vacation instead of flashing credit cards or carrying more cash than necessary. Running low, no problem, this gives you the ability to redirect paycheck “credits” to your card instantly to fill in any gaps… able to lock and receive transaction notifications instantly.
So far it’s a very handy tool.

Spentra is a great app, This program is super beneficial when you are behind on your bills. Spentra allows you to use your earned money in advance then pay it back from your paycheck on payday. The fact that there are no interest rates is amazing!! Spentra has helped me stay out of debt. I am truly satisfied with Spentra.
