AWFUL APP

PAID for a magazine but I cannot download it and I cannot read it. Error message keeps popping up saying I am “not authorised” 🙄🙄🤬🙄🙄

Came in late every months

May i know , how possible the online version magazines came very late to the customer?
I thought when i purchased it through online should can be read it early than i buy the physical magazine at the book store , right ?
It’s very frustrating to buy though online .
