The app is useless. I’m unable to sign in with an existing subscription. Won’t take account UD or email. Not paying for a second subscription.

Can’t log in.

I really enjoy Astronomy Magazine. Definitely my favorite one out there. The app won’t let me log in. Which makes it useless. This is unfortunate. Please fix this application.

Disappointing

I renewed my subscription after a 4 year hiatus.

I never received info on how to access my digital subscription.

When I called Kalmbach publishing they told me that they no longer support the Astronomy magazine app. So why is it still in the App Store.

So sad to see how horrible the magazine has become.
