Broke our company’s machine then tried to charge us!
The technician came to fix our espresso machine, replaced one part, then the next day the machine exploded and injured one of our employees with hot water. Now there are 2 more parts broken, and they billed us for almost 2000 SAR!! None of the customer service phone numbers on the website work, and the WhatsApp business line has not responded with any solution for 3 days. Our machine has been broken for 3 weeks now and is causing a huge negative impact on our company.
The app is convenient and has nice UX but unfortunately the customer service is among the worst companies we’ve ever seen.
