خدمة سيئة
الأسعار مضاعفة عدة مرات والآن المكينة متعطلة من أكثر من شهر، وخدمة العملاء في كل مرة أتصل يقولون (نتفهم ونعتذر) وبنرجع نكلمك!! التعامل معهم غلطة، لن تتكرر إن شاء الله.
مواعيدهم سيئة
بعد ما دفعنا وطبعا سعرهم اعاى من السوق ٣ مرات جلسوا ثلاث اسابيع لين ما عطونا موعد بعد ما عطونا الموعد انتظرناهم وما جو
لا انصح
اسعار مرتفعه وتعامل زفت والماكينة ترجع اسوء مما كانت عليه
خدمة غير احترافية
انتبهوا منهم،، يعطونك مواعيد وهمية ومحد يجي للأسف،، يعلقونك تعليقة لا هم اللي اعتذروا ولا هم اللي التزموا بالموعد وحضروا للصيانة

Broke our company’s machine then tried to charge us!
The technician came to fix our espresso machine, replaced one part, then the next day the machine exploded and injured one of our employees with hot water. Now there are 2 more parts broken, and they billed us for almost 2000 SAR!! None of the customer service phone numbers on the website work, and the WhatsApp business line has not responded with any solution for 3 days. Our machine has been broken for 3 weeks now and is causing a huge negative impact on our company.
The app is convenient and has nice UX but unfortunately the customer service is among the worst companies we’ve ever seen.

طلبت صيانة وجاء الفني وتمت الصيانة بشكل ممتاز الله يبارك لكم
اخيرا تطبيق لصيانة معدات المقاهي والمطاعم
حتى الآن ممتاز وحضور الفني كان سريع.

البرنامج اغلب الوقت عطلان وخدمة عملاء بلا تجاوب .. الالة صار لها اسبوع استنى التطبيق يشتغل عشان يركبوها!!!!!
