Won’t load
I’ve input my info multiple times, on different days over the last week, and it will not load past 99%. My iOS is up to date.

Yes we are aware of this. We apologize for this. There are a few iPhones that have issues and we're looking for the bug to fix the loading past 99%. Very annoying. We hope to fix this soon!

I have tried to input my information several times over the past couple of weeks and I have never been able to reach my complete profile. The spinning circle stays at 99%. A friend of mine sent me the app so I know it works but just curious if there is anything I can do to retrieve my full report?

Love the app, hate the membership options
I want to view the charts of my kids. Mind you i have 4. I wish there was a family option. Instead the app does not allow u to change data on birthday etc. instead of monthly options i think annual access should be provided with unlimited data changes ir at least with 6 profiles that can be saved for review. This is incredibly helpful and would be a service to humanity if more people could get this valuable insight. Why not offer?
