Worst app ever

For a start, you have to make a selfie *not wearing glasses* while the app keeps giving you written instructions on how to proceed 🤦‍♀️ and at the end of the day it does not manage to send the info required. So yes, you lose time, money, and don’t get the product you’re trying to buy. They definitely deserve a “Worst Commercial Practices” award.

Software ok, but the fingerprint is bad

Fingerprint should have an option to try again the photo when using for a certified certificate. Also should be a photo per each finger, not for all fingers in one single photo, it’s almost impossible to have good quality oh the photo with all fingers together.

We are continuously testing our solution on different devices.
