The constant notification
The app continues to show that I have 3 notifications yet I cannot find where they are. This is a good app however there is no 2FA or similar it seems
Scammy support for cancellation
This app seems purposefully designed to make it hard to cancel. Documented approach just does not work. That is a red flag and you may want to steer clear.
Paid service.
100% support developers charging for their time and service, but if you deliberately don’t include in the description of your app that it costs money to use, if I have to download it first to be told that basic info, you’ve wasted my time and I will not pay you anything. DELETE.

Очень странные ребята , до этого пользовался, щас вообще не понимаю, раздогинили и требуют подписки, причем не дешёвой, а я не понимаю за что, за какой функционал. Короче попозже напишу подобное приложение и выложу, а то надоели эти хитровыделанные ребята.

No customer support
Had been using paid Spike for a couple of years. Used to be amazing app, very handy, very fast searching, categories in easy on eye and searching. However suddenly most emails are mixed up, the title is for different email completely. The worst part is no form of contact. The website fill up form kept pops up with error. Hence I can’t contact support. Had tried email, but response. There is no real updates to the apps too.

BEST FOR YOUR €£$
I have used many email and itinerary apps and found them inefficient or needlessly complex. I used to use Spike when I owned Androids, but when I got my first iPhone I forgot about some of the apps I had used; I found Spike and downloaded it. It's the best combined/multiple email host-client and daily planner app for the money out there, in my opinion. You get more- not less for your money. I can confidently recommend the app.

Why is spike requesting for Payment? I can’t use it, it won’t let me start any conversation it always required for payment

“I want my $2”
So this app appears to do things. But so far all I have been able to do is connect an account. Start a free trial and now it’s in a death lock on a screen to immediately start a paid subscription (it’s only been 30 minutes in of the 7 day trial. )
I have yet to check an email, test any features, see if this is the solution that I have been searching for. And the thing that has me most annoyed is the “welcome “ to the app offered a year for just $99. Not bad. But to get past the “I want my $2” lock screen to actually use the app, it’s $148 for the year. I would like to point out I did attempt to reach out to support but it kept taking me back to the app that’s got a one track mind.

Beta testing while paying for a premium app?
My friend insisted that I download this app to communicate with him. Turns out he’s an app developer for it. So I paid $100 for the year, and as I found bugs, I reported them to him showing him screenshots, etc., and he kept demanding that I show him more and more. I was convinced that my computer had been hacked and maybe it was by him or by his stupid app. I would avoid this thing at all cost. It’s a lot of aggravation.

Can't chat with anyone, Doesn't let me get out of the paying option. I used it once for free and now it just keeps asking me to pay for it, Not everyone can buy things just to chat with others.

しかも大したAIでも無いくせに、結構強気な価格設定。
せめてライトユーザー向けの格安プランを設けるべき。

Please add ability to open multiple windows on iPad
Great for multiple email accounts; horrible for AI
I have been a longtime supporter of Spike. It does the best job in handling multiple email accounts colour coding your different accounts so all messages can be in the Inbox together and you can still tell which account they belong to. One feature to avoid is the AI assistant for polishing up your messages before sending. As best as I can tell, its LLM consisted of teenage text messages. It’s great if you want to lose capitalizations, punctuation and destroy the grammar of what you have written.

I love using spike because it’s so good seeing how your chat with your partner goes, you’ll know when they read your message and when they did not, it’s a good application I love it
Bad App
Great at first and then you are unable to use it unless you pay monthly or yearly subscription, free I DONT THINK SO!!
