Barley works but the worst part is the customer support. It doesn’t really exist.
Unworking phone number and terrible customer service
The phone number I pay for every month works only intermittently for the last year. I haven’t been receiving texts for 2 months now. The customer service team is probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They literally don’t care about you and fix nothing. I haven’t had a response in 3 weeks. It feels like you’re talking to robots when you do make any sort of contact with them.

2 Factor Authentication Doesn’t Work
I bought Spikko number pacifically for 2 step verification, after installing the app it didn’t work , after backwards and forwards over a week I had enough, I asked for my money back , the company still hasn’t paid me back, beware !
Reliable and easy to use
I have been using 2 Spikko lines for more than a year and I’m very happy with their service. It gives me a local presence in two countries and my customers can reach me texting or calling to a local line.

Keeps shutting down
So I subscribed and now it keeps shutting down, hello what’s up with that????
Disappointed
I added the app because I wanted a way for friends overseas to be able to call me without costing them a fortune. I added the app, and that was about it. I tried to register but it says my phone doesn't meet the parameters. Then it does and says it's sending a verification number, which never comes. Then it offers a means to have the number by phone call, it never comes, finally the offer an email tech support, but no one has contacted me.

Great App
A little buggy in places especially on the help menus, it's also not the most stylish app ever but it works really well. I cancelled my Skype numbers, Spikko is more reliable and it works without wifi. I'm a big fan.
Good app and price
But! The only thing holding it back from 5 star app, is that you dont know that the person calling you if they called you through the Spikko number or your own number which is a big thing as you need to know how to answer if your using it for business for example
