Frustrated
I use to love playing this game but ever since the latest update it has become harder for me to just land on the object that will help me get coins to spin. I could have 20,000 spin chances yet every time I spin I land on nothing and I end wasting away all my spins with not even 2 or 4 wins whatsoever. That’s really frustrating. And if there is group tournaments for example the merry-go-round I can’t seem to win any points to even participate and if I do win it’s not even a lot like before. Just going to uninstall at this point. Very disappointed.

I’d give this game less than one star if I could. Their idea is customer service is trash. They might answer eventually if you’re lucky. It will always be an obviously scripted note. The messages I got didn’t even make sense. None of my questions were answered and nothing was fixed. The game says you get to choose your team, you do not. It’s chosen for you then they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve given up on this game completely. No part of it is worth the frustration.
My point has been made even clearer by the partial and disingenuous response by the developer five months after the original issue. So I reiterate, the customer service is trash. I was well aware of the parameters so telling me how it should have been is uncomfortably unhelpful.

Restarted my whole game
I loved this game until when I. Updated it restarted my whole game and made me loose all my 5000 spins not fair
Don’t load anymore
I’ve been playing this game for a few years now and never had an issue but since the last update the game don’t load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it but the same thing happens so I guess I’ll be saying goodbye to one of my favorite games
Great Fun Game
Love this game! Easy to spend time on and lose your self in. The only issue that I have is that it keeps freezing up! This happens multiple time a day. Very frustrating when use lose things that have been won. Please fix this problem!
Game constantly freezes
I’ve been playing this game over a year. Now for the last several days I can’t do a single thing, I click on one thing and it freezes and I can’t do anything else. I restart my phone and it works for a few seconds and stops. It’s not my phone, my other games work just fine. Not sure what “upgrade” they did, but it certainly didn’t work 😡

Since update game keeps glitching. I keep having to restart phone and now I am trying to remove and re download to see if it helps. If not I will just remove. Shame as quite a nice game to play

Cant even play the game until after 20 minutes of opening the app because you get hit with a bunch of ads to buy in game stuff but i have never seen it this bad until this game. Great game but the in game ads everytime i open the app is soooo unnecessary. Im literally clicking 20 ads at least before playing the actual game!!!!

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now and it’s unfair that we buy the pass and you supposed to bet higher to get more and it gives you nothing I feel ripped off I’m very disappointed 🤬🤬

I’ve been playing this game for ages but now can’t access it as it’s appears frozen and unable to access anything on the game !!
Every chest opened over 7 days didn’t give me the spins from it!
I contacted support provided them over 100 screenshots with time stamps before opening the chest while opening the chest to show how many spins should have been awarded then showing my spins which didn’t increase by even 1 and they refuse to resolve the issue and issue me my spins! Lord knows how long I wasn’t getting the rewards I just happened to notice I wasn’t increasing in spins when every chest gave spins! Make sure you all are paying attention not that it matter cause support is useless!
