I wish you would put the payout back to fast like it was a few months ago
stole $20 from me. pathetic.
i deposited $20 into the account given the same email that was provided and worked successfully for my initial deposit. so, i’m curious how they received the initial deposit but the second one i made (deposited the same exact way) gets lost and “not in their records”. i got told by customer service that if it was deposited successfully, it would have shown up in their system. i told this same customer service representative that i had bank transaction screenshots of the money coming out and the representative ended the conversation abruptly. listen, i am not one to cry about $20, i make enough money to remain comfortable, but this just put a sour taste in my mouth. gaslight me about my own money? pathetic.
