Bad experience

Honestly bad experience with this application, i deposit funds from my debit card and when i do withdrawal they say it was failed. Withdrawal doesn’t happen for over 5-10 days not like other platforms, other apps deposit get into account in seconds my debit card works with many apps and they tell me payment failed and when i updated the method of payment money still not received. And when i contact support they never respond. Very very bad experience and customer service use other apps better

There’s no bonus after deposit and of course they don’t let you withdraw,took 10 years for you to reach them, what a shame app.

They don't pay you out

I have a picture every day of my withdrawal request for three weeks. My account has been verified and yet here I still sit and no funds are being sent.
But yet, if I want to deposit, there's no issues take take take the money but when you win, they don't pay be very cautious

Withdrawal sucks it’s not INSTANT

I won $$ this past Saturday and it’s taking them forever to give me my winnings. I emailed them about it. No response.
I had to call the Spin Casino yesterday & they told me I have to another 24-72hours which I think is BULLSH!!T. Especially if they see that I WITHDREW it on a Saturday.

The way they payout is no good to new players.

If you have a gambling addiction you can not easily find the limit area nor the self exclusion section. The help centre just mentions it and how to remove self exclusion. But not how to implement it. Tiny wins and low bonus rate. This was a horrible casino app
