So I initially deposited via Skrill (which is an accepted method of payment). I hit a run and won a substantial amount. I knew when to hold them, and when to fold them so I cashed out a substantial amount to Skrill. It was requested that I provide them my documentation, utility bills, first born, literally EVERYTHING. I did what was requested of me and had my withdraw approved. Anyway, when I realized Skrill could charge a service fee I was thought utilizing this service may not be best. So I reversed my withdrawal, utilized MY PayPal, made a deposit, lost a little and initiated a withdraw. I’ve waited beyond the 72 hour wait time so I reached out to customer service for clarification on my wait time. Apparently since I used Skrill (mind you is an approved deposit method and was already initially approved for my first withdraw) it is considered a “3rd party payment” option. I now have to provide everything all over again, ID, utility bills, second born child since I’ve already given up my first. Meh, easy enough but they’re now requesting A HAND WRITTEN LETTER FROM SKRILL??? Walk far far far away. They’ll take your money but they’ll give you nothing but headaches when you win. I’m advising you to try ANY OTHER APPLICATION.
