This product worked for a while but we’re having issues with the machine and get no help from the company
Constant Hardware issues
We’ve had the spinn 1 for 4 years. hardware issues since the beginning. Eventually the spinning drum inside got stuck and no amount of cleaning or regreasing could fix it. Spent $30 waiting 6 weeks to replace the drum (vs $200 and wait to send the whole machine in for repair…which we’ve also done once but while it was still under their initial guarantee window). Still didn’t work.
Out of the blue the machine turned on and started working again a few days ago, only now it’s much louder. My guess is that a software update is bypassing whatever error it was throwing before that kept the drum from spinning. it sounds like an airplane taking off now every cup and every cup is incredibly weak now.

Perfect every time!
I was one of the first to buy into the Spinn even before they began distributing them. I took the risk because I was intrigued by their claims, and I have to say that I have not been disappointed. I’ve had my Spinn machine for years now and use it everyday, sometimes even multiple times a day, and I can honestly say that it never disappoints. It makes the perfect cup of coffee each time, made to my specs, and every sip is always pleasant. I highly recommend the Spinn, even to the most speculative coffee enthusiasts. You have to give it a try. Five stars! All day, every day! Thanks Spinn!!

Makes great coffee, but if you drink a lot (4 cups+ a day)the machine can be temperamental and needs a lot of maintenance.

Love it when it works, which is become rarer and rarer. Spend more time trying to fix it then I do enjoying it.

This company took pre-orders for their new Spinn 2 over a year ago, never delivered the product, went completely silent, and now refuses to refund our money or respond to emails

Great coffee; nonexistent help desk & excessive accessories req’d
Kudos for a machine that makes excellent coffee. But if you ever have an issue with your machine, good luck! There is no one to call. You submit an online query- and receive an auto response about someone will get back to you in a few days. It’s crazy for such an expensive machine. Also, it’s disappointing that the company charges so much for the accessories needed to keep the machine running.

Great Fresh Bean Ground Coffee
I love fresh ground coffee. I’ve a couple of grind and drip machines that hold nothing to my 1st generation Spinn. It makes great customized coffee - and it can make much more. This wireless coffee maker is unique. I wake up, go to my Spinn app and Spinn my coffee, as fresh as it gets.
I’ve had unit for several years. You have to keep it cleaned when it tells you to.

Life changing
This coffee machine has changed my life. I am so picky with coffee and this machine makes a perfect shot of espresso for my lattes every morning. I rarely ever get coffee from a shop anymore because what I have at home is just better. I am obsessed.
SPINN Support
Well this is a great system till something goes wrong and the system has errors. Then unfortunately support has been lacking. If you never have issues then great but if you have issues you might be in that mode for months.

How mechanical are you before you have coffee? And finally what level of mechanical patience do you have before you pitch it out the window before you have coffee?
Between the bean worm which is a literal thing with this coffee maker and the spout that drips out the coffee I do not recommend it. I have the first model and while it is great when it is working it leaves a lot to be desired.

Lost without my Spinn
My Spinn had to go in for a fix and it took months but when I finally got it back, it was the sweetest reunion. My Spinns name is “Jose Juan Caliente” ~ Please don’t go anywhere Spinn Co. We’d be lost without you.

Customer service always helpful. I love how I can customize my drink and size. I have my Spinn connected directly to my waterline (filtered)
My only complaint is there isn’t a sensor that looks for a cup.. I’ve brewed 3+ times with no cup and Hate that I’ve lost my coffee each time..
