Live my Spinn machine but I’ve bee waiting a couple years for my Spinn 2 to be shipped.

Love it when it works, which is become rarer and rarer. Spend more time trying to fix it then I do enjoying it.

This company took pre-orders for their new Spinn 2 over a year ago, never delivered the product, went completely silent, and now refuses to refund our money or respond to emails

Great coffee; nonexistent help desk & excessive accessories req’d
Kudos for a machine that makes excellent coffee. But if you ever have an issue with your machine, good luck! There is no one to call. You submit an online query- and receive an auto response about someone will get back to you in a few days. It’s crazy for such an expensive machine. Also, it’s disappointing that the company charges so much for the accessories needed to keep the machine running.

Great Fresh Bean Ground Coffee
I love fresh ground coffee. I’ve a couple of grind and drip machines that hold nothing to my 1st generation Spinn. It makes great customized coffee - and it can make much more. This wireless coffee maker is unique. I wake up, go to my Spinn app and Spinn my coffee, as fresh as it gets.
I’ve had unit for several years. You have to keep it cleaned when it tells you to.

Life changing
This coffee machine has changed my life. I am so picky with coffee and this machine makes a perfect shot of espresso for my lattes every morning. I rarely ever get coffee from a shop anymore because what I have at home is just better. I am obsessed.
SPINN Support
Well this is a great system till something goes wrong and the system has errors. Then unfortunately support has been lacking. If you never have issues then great but if you have issues you might be in that mode for months.

How mechanical are you before you have coffee? And finally what level of mechanical patience do you have before you pitch it out the window before you have coffee?
Between the bean worm which is a literal thing with this coffee maker and the spout that drips out the coffee I do not recommend it. I have the first model and while it is great when it is working it leaves a lot to be desired.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
DO NOT BUY THIS PODUCT - I’ve sent mine in for repair and the will NOT RETURN IT after paying $200.
Lost without my Spinn
My Spinn had to go in for a fix and it took months but when I finally got it back, it was the sweetest reunion. My Spinns name is “Jose Juan Caliente” ~ Please don’t go anywhere Spinn Co. We’d be lost without you.
Spinn Coffee Machine
The Spinn machine is so well designed and the various drinks that can be made with it are perfect. Can’t wait for the Spinn 2 to come out!!!

Customer service always helpful. I love how I can customize my drink and size. I have my Spinn connected directly to my waterline (filtered)
My only complaint is there isn’t a sensor that looks for a cup.. I’ve brewed 3+ times with no cup and Hate that I’ve lost my coffee each time..

Machine breaks down
We have had to send our machine back 4 times due to it breaking down. And it still pours water into the cup at first jnstead of coffee despite multiple attempts to get it fixed.
Delicious
This machine is not infallible. Sometimes it makes a weak cup of coffee, but 99% of the time it makes the best coffee I’ve ever had. The app is very simple to use and as long as you follow the cleaning cycle, you won’t have maintenance problems. At least I have not.

Each person will have to stand in line while SpinnBot 9000Z makes cups of coffee one-by-one, pausing in between for “cleaning.” The 60 minutes your family spend meandering around the kitchen with their morning breath awaiting their individual cups will give them a chance to post their own one-star reviews on how pointlessly complicated this device remains.
