This app grew!!!

I had the opportunity to be a tester for this app from the beginning. I’ve watched it grow from the beginning. I love the b-side the most! It’s like a hang out with your friends and their records. I also love the look of the app in general. Visually amazing, is an understatement. The interface is hands down the best!

Just Fantastic

Listening to records is my favorite pastime. This app has only improved this important part of my day for me. It allows me to engage with my collection in new ways dig into crevices I forgot I had. The fact that it is a one time purchase is so refreshing and developer seems great. Get this if you love vinyl!

Update: the new large update only makes it better. Fantastic developers!

This made my week, thank you. “Dig into crevices I forgot I had” is exactly the feeling I built Spinstack for. The rediscovery moment, that’s the whole point. Glad the analytics and What to Spin are doing what they were supposed to do. Also, thank you for circling back to update after 1.4. That kind of follow-through is rare and it doesn’t go unnoticed. More coming. Spinstack stays one-time, forever. That’s a promise. 🎶

The Best There Is

An amazing app that keeps getting better. A feature rich vinyl collection management app with many unique aspects. Logging spins, scrobbling to Last.fm, writing and reading NFC tags for your collection, and Discogs Marketplace management are just a few of features that set this app apart from the others. The developer is incredibly responsive and has a true desire to create an app that is useful to the vinyl community, Discogs users, and Last.fm vinyl scrobblers. If you have a vinyl collection, this app is for you.

This means a lot. Thank you for taking the time to write this. The features you mentioned are exactly the areas where we spend the most time. Spin logging, Last.fm scrobbling, NFC tags, Discogs Marketplace. These are the things vinyl collectors actually use every day, and getting them right matters more than adding flashy features nobody asked for. We read every piece of feedback that comes in. Most of what ships in each update comes directly from conversations with collectors like you. The roadmap is built by the people who use the app, not by us guessing in a vacuum. More is coming. We are not close to done.

Amazing and only getting better

Been using app for my collection and it’s been amazing . From the interface to the insane insights section. The price watchdog is set up nicely for great details on my collection. Lots of great things done in a short amount of time. Can’t wait to see what’s coming next !

Response from developer

This means a lot. The insights section and Price Watchdog were built specifically for collectors who want real data about what they own, not just a list of titles. Knowing that someone is actually using those tools the way they were designed makes the work worth it. More is coming. The roadmap is full and the updates will keep shipping. Thank you for being an early user.

Very great UI for tracking

Love the layout of this app and how similar to Apple UI it is. I like it much better than the iOS Discogs application. I would love to see more seamless design choices like when you click into collection, the A-Z scroller doesn’t work and the boxes are slightly clunky, but otherwise great amazing for logging and viewing. Also priced very fairly. The other competitor application is wildly more money than this, and this arguably has more features aside from the seller dashboard. Great app, hope to see it continue to get updated!

Thank you for the five stars and the thoughtful note. You caught something we were already tracking down. The A-Z alphabet scroller is fixed in the next update. Tap a letter to jump, or press and slide your finger up and down the strip to scrub through your whole collection with a gentle haptic on every letter boundary. iOS 26 had quietly changed something underneath it, which is why it had stopped responding. On the boxes feeling slightly clunky: we recently smoothed out a few things in Collection and Wishlist. Faster scrolling on large libraries. A status line at the bottom that names exactly what you're looking at. Pull to refresh that brings back the whole library instead of dropping you to the first page. Let us know what else feels off. Thanks for spinning with us. There's more coming, including a full-screen record-spinning companion we've been calling Ambient Mode. Version 1.3 should come out early May. The Spinstack Team

Parsing Erros

The connection to Discogs was swift, and I immediately saw my collection and want list. However, I’m unable to search for records within my collection. Whenever I attempt a search, I encounter the error message “Data parsing error: The data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” This frustrating issue renders the app unusable.

Response from developer

Hi yabi, Thank you for taking the time to report this. You were right, the data parsing error was a real bug, and I'm sorry it made the app unusable for you. The fix is out now in version 1.2.4. The root cause was a strict decoder that failed when Discogs returned records with missing fields like catalog numbers. It now handles those gracefully. If you'd give the updated version a try, I'd appreciate it. And if you hit anything else, email me directly at info@spinstackios.app and I'll treat it with the same urgency as this one. Thanks for giving Spinstack a shot in the first place.

Amazing Record app!

As someone who collects Vinyl and actively DJ’s this is the best record app I have ever used and for a one time purchase what an incredible value!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for the kind words! It means a lot hearing that from someone who actively DJs and collects. That's exactly the audience I built this for. Enjoy spinning your collection and if you ever have feature ideas, I'm all ears!
