I’ve been loving this app! Even the free version has so many helpful features for staying intentional during a fast. I especially love that it keeps the focus on God through prayer, Scripture, journaling, and reflection instead of just tracking how long you’ve gone without food. It’s simple, encouraging, and has helped me stay focused on the purpose behind my fast. 🙏🏽🤍 Definitely recommend!
