I’ve used it for two weeks on an 18 /6 fast but the stats show me only fasting two hours a day average. It can’t be changed so it’s pretty much useless. I wouldn’t waste my money .

Wonderful to find a genuinely FREE app that does everything you need.
Really helps me stick to the fast as it clearly displays percentage completed plus how many hours to finish.
Also love the history/calendar feature which helps me plan my next fast.
I went straight in with the 36 hr Monk Fast and if you time it right eg 8pm start, it’s essentially just one day with no food.
Never fasted before but I’m completely hooked. Really notice the loss of belly fat which I’d found hard to shift with low calorie meals and tons of exercise.
Highly recommend the app to you.

Is simple and do exactly what I need
So easy to use.
This App is the perfect crutch to weight loss. Easy to use, no unnecessary extras, just a timer, an hourglass and you. I don’t bother with the part that registers mood. Its an unnecessary extra.
Helps a lot
Started using it I’ve been feeling more confident haven’t hit the ketosis yet, but I do feel a little more energy. Good app to use for beginners.
