Intentional, Insightful, and Easy to Stick With
Feels more intentional than most mindfulness apps. The reflections actually help you notice emotional patterns instead of just checking a box. Feels well designed and easy to stick with. Excited to keep using it.

The app fills so many gaps I’ve had in my spiritual journey that gets interrupted by my constant guessing of what to do and no way to measure my consistency.
