This is an amazing way to get to know yourself deeply to find answers that you could not find, to confront yourself without being judge and to find ways to heal your soul.
Great for growth
I really like this app. I’ve used apps or YouTube videos for meditations but this one goes so much deeper than that. I like how it’s a full package rather than just meditation. I use the realms feature a lot that’s like having a whole program around one topic. It feels like a spiritual life coach.
Awesome tool for self discovery/mastery
The Oversoul app does a great job of consolidating knowledge that would otherwise take months/years to gain in one super accessible app. Browsing through the content you are sure to come across an idea with the potential to change your life and develop yourself spiritually and emotionally.

Intentional, Insightful, and Easy to Stick With
Feels more intentional than most mindfulness apps. The reflections actually help you notice emotional patterns instead of just checking a box. Feels well designed and easy to stick with. Excited to keep using it.
A spiritual map
The app fills so many gaps I’ve had in my spiritual journey that gets interrupted by my constant guessing of what to do and no way to measure my consistency.
