Thank you for taking the time to create the app.
I have been using it for roughly 2 years. There are a broad variety of meditation sessions.
One of the best features was the ability to change the volume of the words and music separately. Personally I'm not a fan of the background music so I also muted this and listened to the meditation without it.
Unfortunately, that functionality has gone after the most recent update. ( There is now only one volume controller for both the meditation and background music.)
If not not for that change , my rating would be 5/5.

This is such a great app. I haven’t found such great meditations like this in any other app.

What do you mean all of those sessions are free? Literally only the first two are and then the rest are locked and I have to make a purchase of 5$ for any other session. Why are you lying why do all these photos have the play symbol when in reality you download this app and all it says it download which really means purchase. What a lame lie

Love the App....But.......I am really confused as to why when I buy additional functions and don’t use them fast enough....they lock it again and then u have too buy again!!!! Why is that????

Kelly T Smith has the most amazing hypnosis recordings. They always help me make a shift in my consciousness whether it’s to move something physically in my life or mentally, I find them so helpful. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use.

I tried this app and absolutely loved how helpful it is... the only issue I have is when I go to buy a module I have no idea what the cost is before buying...
Great but not able to download and keep!
Great meditations, but I didn’t know that when I paid for one meditation, I could only use it once. A bit pricey for only one use. I wouldn’t mind paying for them if I could download anc keep them for future use as well.
