Spirittune an amazing piece of music art!
I am a Veteran that suffers from chronic (sometimes very severe) Anxiety, PTSD and TBI. No complaints I am grateful for my life and my Veteran Family who I have been fortunate enough to serve with! Spirittune is a truly amazing application that when I am having a bad day I will draw the curtains, lay down on my recliner put on my EarPods and take some time to rest, relax, unwind, and release some of my excess energy, emotions and trauma that are adding to the bad day. You really need to unplug and let it do its part! I want to truly thank everyone at Spirittune who may have helped with the creation of the application and for the help that Spirittune gives to us who need help with our project in life. The music really helps me get in the flow state, manage my stress, and stay focused during the work day.
I’ve gone days without it and can definitely feel the difference in my mood and productivity.
The only reason why I only gave 4 stars is because there seems to be limited songs available. Since I use it so often I am hearing the same songs. So far it hasn’t made a difference but down the line I imagine it would be less effective because of this.
