2FA Issues
I can longer paste 2FA code when logging in.
Poor Mouse functionality!
Mouse functionality is very lousy. Can’t easily right click and the left click goes inactive if you switch to another phone app and go back. Always have to end up killing the app and signing back in to regain the left click. If this was fixed I’d change to 4 stars.
On trial period
First day of the trial period but I’m definitely going to subscribe after it ends. It beats team-viewer with ease! Glad I found this! Thank you!
Ipad version buggy
Ipad version doesn't save layout changes between sessions and apple pencil doesn't work properly. Iphone version works great, but I almost exclusively use the iPad app. 5 star if iPad fixes are made

Honestly, I never imagined I would have this level of access and attention from the Splashtop team.

Consistent Failures
While you get remote access to your desktop, it consistently fails. It will disconnect and reconnect over time. It happens a lot too which really hurts work flow.

been having problems with remote desktop from ipad
to a desktop resolution of 3440x1440
most apps give me a wide narrow view of the remote desktop
and it’s to small to work with
splashtop’s best fit setting works perfectly
filling the ipad pro entire screen and making it very easy to work with.
Must say though the default view initially was the same as the other app’s wide narrow view.
But splashtop lets you tweek the setting. 👍🏻👍🏻

Piece of Garbage
Everything was configured correctly, I was able to access my computer during the initial setup . I gave it every permission it said it needed, I stopped my computer from going to sleep, and the MOMENT I go off my home network this garbage program is unable to connect to my Mac. I am a tech-savvy individual - I know I set it up as specified, I can follow a freaking list. Oh, also, because then I thought to try accessing it via the browser and, for a hot minute, it actually worked. But, of course, I closed the lid of my iPad and *POOF* no more connectivity. I really REALLY needed this to work and it was absolutely worthless

Love Splashtop
I’m another former logmein user who couldn’t take their price gouging and deteriorating software. Then Splashtop swooped in with a great replacement and reasonable prices. If only every tech product were like this

Good app
Very good app and very good software. Alternative to Team Viewer etc… Perfect for multi screen and much cheaper than TV.

Reliability and cost effective. Never any issues connecting to my office. Beats other programs by a long shot!
Why so many versions of the same app?
Why are there so many different versions of the same app, with no adequate descriptions in the App Store of what the differences are? Had to download multiple times before finding what I was looking for. Needless to say, this wasn’t it — unless you are already part of a Splashtop Business Team, this is not the app you’re looking for, either. See, that wasn’t so hard to say!

Founder of SHARING
This is an incredible app to allow users to access their IPad and MacBook from one device.
A blessing and a curse
I learned it during the pandemic. Was able to downsize my office and rent by 50%. I reduced my commute from six minutes to 30 seconds and that is both a blessing and a curse. I “go to the office“ much more often nowadays, both day and night. But I also get more home/leisure time.
