Excellent with on minor issue
I’ve had this for over a year. I had log me in which is much slower than Splashtop then they went to a pay service with very high pricing. I had team viewer but, their free version has a clock and then it’s not free and very expensive. I tried this one and the free just works in the same network but, that gave me time to play with it and make sure it worked well, and it sure did. I purchased the VERY REASONABLE anywhere pack for $17.00 per year and it works perfectly. Quick and responsive to the keyboard and has double layer security as I typically use it in either a coffee house or local WiFi hotspot. Never a glitch, Never a drop with fair WiFi. The only issue I have (and it may be due to my slightly older computer) is the lack of multiple screen resizes when you log on. The problem and it’s a small one is that when you resize your computer at home, you’ll occasionally come back to scrambled icons on your desktop. Again, that could be just my 7 year old computer and when you restart, it all goes back so it’s a very minor issue. To be sure, the $17.00 per year is absolutely reasonable and the program is rock solid. Even with my minor issue I wouldn’t change. A great value for Road guys, or the overnight trip when you have to access your home computer. It’s been 5 years since this review and here’s the follow up. Everything I said was true except…. When I disconnect the Home Screen goes right back to the original positions. It’s mainly because the IPad screen is square the the pc is more of an envelope shape. This program is a stud Never one issue in all this time and I use it every day.

Too Laggy. Not worth the purchase
Too slow and complicated. Definite not a good fit for iPad to Mac
Cannot connect to pc using older iPad.
I think there’s been an update (downdate?). It works fine with my gen9 iPad and android phone. But for my older iPad it connects and immediately disconnects. Three stars because I can still connect using my pc IP address (until it changes).
